With instructors qualified through the ACSM, YMCA and Future Fit we offer the highest standards of personal training at very competitive prices.
Whether you’re training for a specific event, lacking motivation, recovering from injury, trying to shift that extra bit of weight that just won’t budge, bulking up or something else entirely, personal training is for you. We’ll look at exercise, nutrition and lifestyle factors to produce the best possible results.

- £28 per session
- £125 for 5 sessions (to be paid upfront)
